Developer Seaside Living has partnered with a number of renowned builders to create a range of affordable home designs that boast style and eco-sustainability.

Seaside Living and Bark Design have created a collection of five stylish homes, with a mix of one and two storey three and four bedroom floorplans available.

Regional architect and builder Phil Anstey has also worked with Seaside to deliver a resort style home, which will attract buyers looking for a property packed with lifestyle features.

Seaside Living house designs will feature as exemplars for the buying public to discover.

There are a number of concept designs in the pipeline, and they will be among the first properties to be built at Seaside over the coming months.

Once they are complete, visitors will be able to get a first hand look at the quality and style of homes on offer at Seaside.

Each of the homes will have their own distinct architectural flavour and will suit different types of buyers – from young couples and families and those looking for holiday homes through to investors and retirees.

All homes will include a raft of eco-sustainable features such as solar panels, insulation, ventilation, rain water tanks and ‘green’ building materials.

The home designs are available as house and land packages, starting from just $450,000.
