Seaside is taking beachside living back to basics, with a focus on community, amenity and preserving the natural environment. Seaside Sales and Marketing Director David Domingo says the development is dedicated to those who want to live in a family oriented community with homes that are big on lifestyle rather than size. “Some coastal communities boast expansive homes but lack real amenity and that close-knit village atmosphere,” he said. “At Seaside our vision from the outset has been to create a place where people can live together as a community and really make the most of living on the coast – with ‘point-blank access’ ocean, creek and hinterland views at their doorstep. “A network of bicycle and walking paths integrate with boulevards running from the Cudgen Creek to the South Kingscliff beach, and there will be a number of pocket parks throughout the estate which will be great for entertaining family and friends. “Unlike many other new developments, Seaside has thousands of trees and shrubs which have been planted to rejuvenate the site and add greenery, which is part of our commitment to creating an environmentally responsible eco-sustainable community.” Seaside is currently the only community in New South Wales with an EnviroDevelopment rating, which is awarded by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) to developments that are considered to be leaders in sustainability. |
