Seaside City Developments ("the developer") reserves the right to alter Seaside at Tweed Heads in the state of New South Wales ("the project") in whole or in part, and to alter prices, at any time without notice.  Acceptance of a registration of interest is at the discretion of the developer and does not create any legal obligations between the parties.  Prospective purchasers must satisfy themselves regarding all aspects of the project by obtaining and reading the sales contract and disclosure documents to be prepared by the developer.
